Thank you for shopping at Cozyartz Media Group. Your satisfaction is important to us, however, due to the nature of our products and services, please take note of our specific Return & Refund Policy.


Custom-Made Physical Items:


We stand by the quality of our custom-made physical items. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the item received, or if it's damaged, we will be happy to provide a replacement or offer repair services. Please note that we do not offer refunds on custom-made physical items due to their personalized nature.


To initiate a repair or replacement, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product. Kindly provide all relevant details and photos to support your request.


Custom Digital Items and Software (SaaS):


As our digital items and software services (Software-as-a-Service) are delivered instantly and are of a custom nature, they are not eligible for a refund. We often offer a trial on our products. We encourage customers to make sure they have all the information needed before purchasing these items.


Classes:


We do not offer refunds for classes unless the refund is offered directly by the sales source, per their policies and discretion. We recommend that you carefully review the cancellation policy of the sales source prior to making a booking.


General Conditions for Returns, Replacements, or Repairs:
